As the world’s original AI Coach, we pioneered AI role play nearly a decade ago. After delivering more AI simulations than any company in the world, we’ve developed a tried and true playbook for reducing ramp time and training costs while growing performance: put practice the heart of your learning strategy.

To do this, Perform enables customers to simulate the whole job, not just the conversation.

Voice and chat, and email.
We offer multiple types of simulation, with complete configurability on nearly every topic. There are easy self-service configurations for difficulty, customer personas, passing thresholds, voice submissions, voice or chat submissions, and much more.

Notably, we are one of the few simulation providers who offers both guided and dynamic simulations. Guided means we can stop a learner on the spot if they’re off track, give coaching in the moment, and let them try again. These types of experiences tend to be better for new hires who are learning a new process or skill for the first time.

Dynamic means fully non-linear, nuanced, open conversations about pretty much anything. This includes complex topics such as leadership development, financial advisory services, sales, and much more.

Software Simulation
We offer multiple methods of software simulation development, allowing associates to practice a standalone software system OR use while having a conversation. Our Autocapture tool is a browser plug in that automatically clones your software system elements, while also automatically writing the click flows and guidance text. The result is a lifelike software environment you can run without any integrations or help from your IT teams.

AI Avatar + Video Analysis.
When face-to-face matters, Perform offers multiple AI avatar integrations, making face-to-face role play another simulation option. After the experience, learners can also receive feedback about their profesionalism and engagement based on analysis from their video feed.

Back-office and decision making
‍
In many settings, the role requires associates to follow processes outside of a conversation. Examples include processing a claim, analyzing a report, or applying a policy. For these types of experience, customers can display forms, data, or whatever makes sense, and ask the learner to explain how they’d proceed. When paired with software simulations, these are a powerful tool in your simulation library.

Personalized Coaching + Skills Ratings
A core element for every simulation type is a post-simulation scorecard that rates + coaches a learner, helping them immediately find opportunities to improve. Scorecard rating scales and coaching are all fully configurable to follow your processes and branc standards.
